Scallops

Ingredients:

Scallops
Fresh juice of one lemon
Meraki Olive oil
Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Directions
Open the scallops and remove the ink bag. Wash well and salt them. Add in a blender the olive oil and the garlic to make garlic oil. Place the scallops on a grill and pour some drops of garlic oil over.

When they turn gold, place them on a plate and add some drops of olive oil and lemon juice on top. Accompany them with white wine (Psiles Korfes).
